The rain today really helped bring the pollen count down. We're less than a thousand now. That's still "extremely high" but lots better.
I got off my PIP (performance plan) at work about two weeks ago. I'm just a regular, non-trainee CR now.... That is a good thing. And since I reached my two year mark at my office, it's a whole lot harder to fire me now....
